We design programs that are customized to meet the individual’s goals and to accommodate all fitness levels. INDIVIDUAL TRAINING

We create customized programs based upon an individual’s goals, such as weight loss, wanting to look/feel better, building lean muscle, or preparation for a sports-related event. Using the Functional Movement Screen (FMS) as a basis for structuring the sessions, we develop a specialized plan that can include weights, cardio, plyometrics, and strength training. Working one-on-one with clients enables us to focus on what motivates people and how best to keep them moving towards their fitness goals. Sessions are dynamic and focused on learning healthier behaviors, making our approach truly unique.

group-training

BOOTCAMP

Group programs go beyond basic circuit training to include weights, cardio, plyometrics, strength training, and corrective exercises for specific movement issues. We use the Functional Movement Screen, which assesses an individual’s movement patterns, to design our group training plans. Based upon those results, exercises meant for one specific person can be incorporated into the group sessions. Workouts are adjusted over time to match an individual’s progress within the group, leading to improved movement patterns and athleticism, as well as injury reduction. There is no “one size fits all” approach here; every client’s needs are incorporated, making the group sessions feel more like one-on-one trainings than generic bootcamps.

semi-private-training

SEMI PRIVATE TRAINING

Semi Private Training consists of 2-3 individuals training simultaneously on their own individualized programs.  Each individual gets evaluated as if it was a 1 on 1 session and has a specific program designed for them based on the results of their evaluation and their goals.  Semi Private training is perfect for the individual that doesn’t like to work out alone, but yet doesn’t like to work out in a large group setting.
